We are an online shopping service specializing in branded and patented eye wear and bring you the best of online retail all around the Gulf Countries. We want you to have the best, hassle-free shopping experience when looking for eye wear protection and new trends in Sunglasses!
Do I need to set up an account?
You do not need an account to shop at nadharat.com. However, you will be able to enjoy a whole host of additional benefits if you register with us, such as:
- Adding the products to your Wish List including sold out items
- Previewing new collections and receiving emails on our latest news and New In items
- Saving your address and card details for a faster shopping experience when you visit us next time
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
nadharat.com will start processing your order as soon as it has been placed. Initially, processing your order will take 1-3 days, after this 3 days, your order will be ready for delivery which will take 3-5 days. However if you are outside the UAE, it will take up to 15 days and this may still vary as situations with outside country’s customs also depends, please refer to Terms & Conditions no. 4 for more information on delivery.

What payment methods does nadharat.com accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and bank transfer. However, we do not accept Paypal or cheques at the moment.
Where does nadharat.com ship to?
nadharat.com is exclusive to the UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We do not currently ship to anywhere else in the world. We will have to verify any additional charges upon processing your order if you are ordering from outside the UAE as additional charges may apply depending on the country we will deliver goods to. We will confirm this with a call or an email from our Customer Service team.
How will I know if nadharat.com has received my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an email to inform you that your order has been received. However, this does not mean that your order has been confirmed. If paying by payment card , your order will only be accepted once your card details have been approved and the delivery address has been verified and the items are located and shipped. From here, you will then receive a second email from us confirming your order. In the event of a problem however, you will quickly be informed and your payment will not be processed. Your items will then be dispatched.
I have not received my order?

All our orders are delivered within 3-5 working days within UAE and up to 15 working days if outside UAE or depending on your delivery location and the items you have selected.
How do I change my delivery address or scheduled delivery date?
Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address. Contact us from 9:30am- 7:00pm on our UAE landline number +971 4 256 6366 or on our email email@example.com.
If, however, you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address.
Can I track my order/s?
A tracking number from our courier will be provided by our team via email which you can then track using a link we will also provide you. We use various dependable couriers ranging from FedEx to TNT depending on which country we will deliver to.
How do I return if the goods if I wish to cancel , return, or exchange my purchase?
You can return any item that you wish , as long as you have the original packaging, complete accessories and labels attached. We do offer refund but your original payment may be levied from 10-20% as we will have to deduct shipping fees which are non- refundable. Also, the shipping charges for your return will be payed from your side. Please read more about this on Terms & Conditions.

Please Note: Always include your order number(s) when you make a return to us. Always contact customer service prior to returning goods so we can provide you with the “Return Form” .
Once we receive your return, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned in their original packaging and with their labels attached. A refund of the returned goods will be made within 14 days on your bank account if you paid with a credit card. Shipping costs are on your expense. Since we are not responsible for any items that are sent to us in error, we recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you a proof of posting.
